Junior Developer

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Developer to join our team in building and maintaining web applications using .NET technologies and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of programming principles, be eager to learn, and contribute to developing high-quality software solutions under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET technologies (e.g., ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC).
• Implement front-end functionality using basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with senior developers to build and integrate back-end services and APIs.
• Write and maintain simple SQL queries and scripts to support application functionality.
• Learn to design and manage SQL Server databases under supervision.
• Participate in testing processes by writing and executing basic unit tests.
• Assist in debugging and resolving application bugs and issues.
• Work closely with the development team, participating in Agile processes like daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Learn and adopt best practices in coding, documentation, and development workflows.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, and MVC frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, including writing T-SQL queries.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working in travel and transportation domain will be a plus.
